Chapter 9: People in business
A business that is growing will need to reorganise itself. It may need more managers as well as more junior employees. It may also need to change the roles that some employees play in the organisation, possibly by promoting some to more senior positions. Such a reorganisation may increase employees' workloads as well as giving them new duties to carry out. Senior managers may also have to change the way they manage the business and allow junior employees to take more decisions.
